Dogfish Head Sah’Tea (DE)
A modern update on a 9th century Finnish proto-beer. Brewed with rye, we caramelize the wort with white hot river rocks, then ferment it with a German Weizen yeast. In addition to juniper berries foraged directly from the Finnish country-side we added a sort of tea made with coriander, cardamom, lemon grass, Indian Black Tea, and ramps leaves. The spicing is subtle and balanced and Sahtea is a highly-quaffable, truly-unique brew with a full-mouth feel.

Ommegang Tripel Perfection (NY)
Tripel Perfection. An audacious claim based on three years work at happily perfecting our take on a tripel. 8.9% ABV, lush aromas, full body, elegant tastes – with a hint of spicing – and a perfect body paired with lively effervescence. The tripel is among the most popular of Belgian ales. Brewed with simple ingredients and fierce attention, there is little room for error, but plenty of opportunity. Green Flash Le Freak (CA)
Le Freak is a modern ale created by converging two beer styles, Belgian Trippel and American Imperial IPA. The use of two yeast strains further marries the styles and American hops give the beer its modern flare.

Walking Man Homo Erectus IMP IPA (WA)
An Imperial IPA brewed in celebration of being erect for two million years. Special batches: Big Phat Homo (dry-hopped) and My Old Kentucky Homo (bourbon barrel aged).

Victory Golden Monkey Triple (PA)
Enchanting and enlightening, this golden, frothy ale boasts an intriguing herbal aroma, warming alcohol esters on the tongue and light, but firm body to finish. Exotic spices add subtle notes to both the aroma and flavor. Strong, sensual and satisfying.

La Chouffe Belgian Golden (Belgium)
Golden Ale, strong, spicy, lightly hoppy, with evoluting taste. Natural Beer, bottle refermented, unfiltered, not pasteurised and without any additives

Hoegaarden White Ale (Belgium)
